PETS

If you want to keep a pet in your apartment, read below:

Clause 6(v) of the First Schedule of your lease states the following:-

“No domestic pet shall be kept in the Premises without the written permission of the Lessor which if given shall be deemed to be by way of licences revocable by the Lessor at will”

That means if you rent, you’ll need to get permission from the owner of your apartment. Leaseholders will require the prior written consent of 417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited.

For The Company to consider any such request for consent, you will be required to provide London Block Management with the following information in the first instance:-

•    What type of domestic pet you intend to keep in the flat.
•    Details of the breed, age and temperament of the pet; and
•    Confirmation as to how long per day the pet will be left unattended in the flat.

London Block Management will submit this information to the Directors of The Company for approval or refusal.

Any agreement to grant consent will be documented formally by way of a consent letter issued by London Block Management.

We are a building of pet lovers, but please try to be neighbourly with your animals. Inappropriate behaviour will be reported as will the abuse of animals, i.e. do not leave your animal on the balcony all day.
