PARKING

Vehicles

We have plenty of parking spaces underneath the development all of them are privately owned. Unless you own/rent a space, please do not park your vehicle in a bay or anywhere else within the property, including the spaces by the front gate owned by Henley Homes. Guests are not allowed to park in these spaces without permission.

Bicycles

There are two designated areas within the car park for bicycle storage and one for motorbikes. The spaces are available to all residents on a first-come-first-served basis. If there is no space available, you will need to store your bike in your apartment. For safety reasons, the caretaker will remove bikes stored in any other part of the development. Please be considerate to other riders by locking your bike in a way that gives them access. 
 
All residents using the facilities do so at their own risk. 417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited strongly suggests you use a robust lock to secure your bicycle or motorbike. Again, for safety reasons, please dismount your bike at the entrance and on all walkways. 
 
If your bicycle is no longer in use, please remove it to give space to another resident. LBM will periodically undertake an inventory of all bicycles stored within the facilities. With prior written notice, they may arrange the removal and disposal of any abandoned bicycles.
