Please feel free to relax in beautiful canal-side landscaped courtyard gardens but don’t forget that sound travels and bounces around within our U-shaped slice of heaven. So please be respectful of noise levels especially after 9 pm, and don’t forget to clean up after all the fun. Sadly, ball games and barbeques are strictly prohibited.

Storage of Personal Belongings

Personal belongings (i.e. pushchairs, children's toys, bicycles and furniture etc.) are not permitted to be stored upon, or otherwise left within, the communal areas of 417 Wick Lane under any circumstances.

The communal areas of the property are to be kept completely clear and free from obstruction at all times to assist a smooth and safe evacuation should it become necessary to do so; the communal areas are not designated storage areas and anything left stored within the communal areas will be deemed a hazard and may be removed and disposed of without notice.
