
PARCEL COLLECTION POLICY
As you can imagine, we get a lot of parcels so to help there are 20 lockers located directly under the entrance lobby - just take the Block A lift to the basement floor and they’ll be right in front of you.
Once you have signed the waiver form The Caretaker, Scott Porter, will accept your parcels and keep them securely stored for 7 days.

Upon receipt of the parcel, Scott will contact you to arrange collection/delivery within one working day; if you are not available to receive or collect your parcel between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays), Scott will contact you and provide details of the locker number your parcel has been left in with a code to access it.
Your parcel must be collected from the locker within 48 hours, if not it will be removed and stored securely within the Caretaker’s office for a short amount of time, before being sent back for lack of space.

Only parcels that have been delivered to the Caretaker will be managed per this policy.
The RTM has added this service to help residents pick up parcels outside our caretaker’s working hours but the best and most secure way to receive your parcels is to have them delivered to your door when you are at home, so please try to make that the primary way to get your packages. Please note that 417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited nor London Block Management will accept any responsibility for missing or damaged parcels.
